Whether teaching in elementary schools, or even at universities, educators are charged with the task of instilling in our future generations a significant amount of knowledge and wisdom and re-training our current workforce to tackle the many issues our environment face today and tomorrow. This takes a tremendous amount of work. Trying to maintain any sort of life balance is not always an easy task. Having the time, energy, and know-how to personally design a road map to a successful retirement is no small task either. In the same way, teachers invest in their students, we invest in our community’s teachers. We believe that teachers deserve a comfortable retirement as a reward for their hard work.
